Kicksharing company Whoosh will launch an online store that will sell clothes, accessories and scooters. About it told in the press service.
The online store will feature private scooters, accessories designed by Whoosh – including a backpack, sunglasses, helmets, etc. A clothing collection will also be launched for sale, the representative office added.
“The capsule includes clothing for men and women. This is a convenient and functional collection for active city life and micromobility trips,” said Whoosh.
Among the electric scooters there will also be children’s models for children from two years old. “For adults – Ninebot F30, for children from 6 years old – Ninebot A6 (allows you to reach speeds of up to 10 km / h). Children’s models are also presented in the form of simple two-wheeled and three-wheeled scooters for children from 2 to 10 years old,” the press service said.
Portal about urban services “Trushering” in its February study predicted growth in the volume of the electric scooter rental services market in Russia by 2025. Three times – up to 39.5 billion rubles. The portal estimates that electric scooter rides will rise to 337 million.
At the same time, it was noted that the growth dynamics of the customer base may be declining, from 57% in 2022 to 21% in 2025. The same will happen with the growth rate of the number of trips and the scooter fleet. In the first case, the dynamics will decrease from 88 to 31%, in the second – from 66 to 24%.
In April, Vedomosti noted Whoosh shares rise for three sessions in a row. The volume of trading in shares averaged 50 million rubles. per day, however, on April 10, there was a strong growth on the Moscow Exchange – trading in shares reached almost 600 million rubles.
Whoosh became the only company that entered the Moscow Exchange in 2022. During the IPO, the company raised 2.1 billion rubles. Since then, a regular increase in the service’s shares has been recorded.
