Among large IT companies, the best place to work in 2022, according to Habr Career, was the Lanit group, which was in second place in 2021. The second and third lines, respectively, were occupied by the developer of the cloud system for automating business processes “Tensor” and the VK holding.

“Kommersant” got acquainted with rating of the best employers in the IT field from the Habr Career portal, which has been leading it since 2019. According to the portal, in 2022 more than 20,000 employees of IT companies participated in the rating voting, in total, more than 4,000 organizations took part in the voting. Among large companies (more than 5 thousand employees) won the Lanit group of companies with an estimate of 4.73 out of 5 possible points. Group owner Philip Gens was also among the leaders of the richest owners of Russian IT companies, his fortune is estimated at 99.87 billion rubles. (see Kommersant dated August 9, 2022).

In 2021, Lanit Group took second place after Luxoft, however, after the start of the military operation in Ukraine, the company left the Russian Federation.

On the second line in 2022 among the best employers in IT is the developer of the cloud system for automating business processes “Tensor” with a rating of 4.68, and on the third is VK holding (4.67). Both companies in 2021 were not included in the Habr Career rating.

Among big companies (1-5 thousand employees) the winner was the business software developer Aston with a rating of 4.81. The company was founded in 2022 on the basis of the Russian office of the winner of the 2021 rating of the Polish software developer Anderson. According to the results of 2022, the developer of workflow automation JSC Gnivts took the second place with a rating of 4.79, the third was Europlan (4.77). According to the results of 2021, Europlan was in second place with a rating of 4.78, Gnivts JSC was not in the top 3.

AT medium-sized companies (from 100 to 1 thousand employees) the top three have completely changed. In 2021, the NUTSon social network was in first place, WannaPlay, a mobile game developer, was in second, and Runexis, a telecommunications company, was in third. At the end of last year, the winner among IT employers in the middle segment was the CarPrice car buying service with a rating of 4.91, the second place was taken by the software developer Solid Clouds (4.90), the top three was closed by the software developer Usetech (4.89).
