In 2018, he sold ESforce Mail.ru Group for $100 million, together with Rostec he created the research and production company Kryptonit, which was engaged in developments in the field of cryptography, quantum computing, machine learning, blockchain and telecommunications.

In December 2018, he established ICS Holding, to which he transferred his IT assets. In 2019, he acquired Peter-Service, a developer of billing systems, as well as Yadro, a company specializing in the production of servers.

In 2020, he transferred USM 100% of ICS Holding in exchange for 10% of YueSeM Telecom. In 2020-2022, he was the operating director of YueSeM Telecom, he owned 10% in the company. In March 2022, he left the company and bought ICS Holding from it.
