At the end of 2022, the Medscan holding founded by Evgeny Tugolukov announced the purchase of KDL, one of the leaders in the market of private laboratory and diagnostic centers, and bought out the Russian assets of the Israeli network of On Сlinic medical centers. Now the businessman’s company claims a place in the top five largest private clinics in Russia. Tugolukov’s key partner is Rosatom, whose subsidiary Rusatom Healthcare acquired 25.001% of his medical business at the beginning of the year. The entrepreneur, in an interview with Vedomosti, told how his company plans to become the leader of private medical services in Russia, the market of which exceeds 1 trillion rubles.
