LE FIGARO. – What is the climate of relations between the mayors of France and the government?
André LAIGNEL. – The government tells us that it wants to dialogue. We are waiting for this dialogue to really take hold and we are ready for it to be fruitful. If the signals sent are encouraging, we are waiting to see if they will be followed up, because we lived through five years where everything was decided at the Élysée. And the latest announcements of budgetary constraints invite us to be cautious.
