“The Bank is temporarily suspending the conclusion of loan agreements under the Mortgage with State Support for IT program due to the exhaustion of the approved limit for issuances under the program by VTB and other lenders,” VTB said.
VTB launched a preferential mortgage program for employees of Russian IT companies in May 2022. The rate on it is 5%. The maximum mortgage amount was 18 million rubles. for the purchase of housing in cities with a population of over a million and 9 million rubles. in settlements with a population of less than 1 million people.
