VTB Real Estate (MOEX: VTBR) entered into a deal with the Samolet group for the sale of a land plot for the construction of a new cluster of individual residential buildings on an area of 668 hectares in Domodedovo near Moscow. According to the general director of VTB Real Estate, Yulia Batarova, the deal involves a buyout in several stages, its amount is more than 4 billion rubles. It is expected that the number of residents of the new cluster will be almost 18 thousand people.
“The modern residential cluster will be one of the stages in the development of infrastructure in close proximity to the Maksimikha special economic zone. Thus, the synergy from joint projects will strengthen the economic potential of the Moscow region,” said Ms. Batarova during the VTB Strategic Week.
The cluster will be located near the Maksimikha special economic zone. Its total design capacity will be 810 thousand square meters. m of real estate. In particular, a kindergarten and school, a clinic, a veterinary clinic, a leisure center and a thermal complex will be built there.
