The deal became the largest in the Russian housing construction sector, VTB said. “The peculiarities of this transaction include the fact that the sellers of the assets were individuals; the settlements for the transaction contain both fixed and variable components, which will be determined depending on the fulfillment of a number of conditions in the future,” added the head of the corporate and investment business unit Bank Vitaly Sergeychuk.
Samolet Group of Companies is one of the backbone organizations of the Russian Federation. About the deal became known back in June. Samolet bought 100% of the shares of the MITs company, which is engaged in development in the Moscow region. The deal includes 11 projects at the design and construction stage, as well as more than 50 companies included in the MIC Group of Companies.
