According to the publication, KLVZ “Kristall” intends to produce strong drinks under these brands.
The last hearing in this case took place in February. Then the preliminary meeting was postponed to August. By that date, Disney Enterprises must submit a Statement of Defense and prove trademark use.
In 2022, KRISTALL produced 1.35 million decaliters of alcoholic beverages. At the end of last year, the company’s revenue amounted to 2.2 billion rubles. and increased by 48.3% year-on-year, net profit – 115 million rubles. (+138%). The plant also owns the rights to the Fantomas and Gladiator trademarks.
