Earlier, the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of Russia proposed adjust requirements for advertising of alcoholic products, which is distributed on television and radio. The agency proposes to establish a minimum time period for demonstrating a warning, the FAS added. The regulator proposed to allocate at least three seconds for warnings in radio programs, and at least five seconds and 10% of the frame area in television programs.
