Vimpelcom closed the deal on the purchase of OTM

“VimpelCom” (cellular operator Beeline) closed the deal to purchase Online Technologies and Media (OTM), a company specializing in platforms for automating and planning online advertising purchases, reported TASS with reference to the press service of the company.

The cost of the transaction in Vimpelcom is not disclosed. Operator’s investment division Veon Ventures in 2021 bought out a majority stake in the parent structure of OTM Programmatic Holding. Vimpelcom bought this stake and now owns 100% of the company.
