Vedomosti: the Federal Tax Service was unable to recover 1.5 billion rubles from the retailer Ralf Ringer

The Moscow Arbitration Court satisfied the claim of the retailer Ralf Ringer demanding that the collection of almost 1.45 billion rubles be declared illegal. in the form of taxes, insurance premiums, fines and penalties. The inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service (IFTS) in Moscow wanted to recover the money.

IFTS No. 15 at the end of 2022 arrested on the property of Ralf Ringer. The inspection also banned the alienation of official equipment, receivables and one of the retailer’s patents. Ralf Ringer disputed this. On January 16, the court ruled in favor of the retailer, according to Vedomosti with reference to the case file. It follows from them that the Federal Tax Service exceeded the deadlines for issuing a decision on an on-site inspection by almost two years. It was held in 2017 and its results were supposed to be summed up in 2019, but the inspections did it only in 2021.

The Federal Tax Service did not respond to Vedomosti’s request. The Metropolitan Inspectorate has already filed a complaint with the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal, its consideration is scheduled for January 30. The owner of Ralf Ringer Andrey Berezhnoy declined to comment, explaining that the proceedings had not yet been completed.

Ralf Ringer is a footwear manufacturer under the eponymous brand, the company also produces products under the Piranha and Riveri brands. The retailer’s production is located in Moscow, Zaraysk and Vladimir. The company owns 1.5 thousand stores.
