Vagit Alekperov topped the rating of the richest Russians in terms of dividends for 2022

Forbes introduced ranking of the 50 richest Russians by dividends for 2022. The rating was headed by the co-owner of LUKOIL Vagit Alekperov, whose dividend income the magazine estimated at 156 billion rubles. The total income of the rating participants is 1.39 trillion rubles.
The top 10 included:
- shareholder of LUKOIL Vagit Alekperov (income 155.7 billion rubles),
- President and co-owner of Norilsk Nickel Vladimir Potanin (148.6 billion rubles),
- founder of the trading company XTX Markets Alexander Gerko (141 billion rubles),
- co-owner of Novatek Leonid Mikhelson (104.1 billion rubles),
- co-owner of Sibur Gennady Timchenko (82.9 billion rubles),
- co-owner of Phosagro Andrey Guryev (81 billion rubles),
- founder and main shareholder of USM Alisher Usmanov (64.7 billion rubles),
- former vice president of LUKOIL Leonid Fedun (51.2 billion rubles),
- owner of the Ural-Siberian Metallurgical Company (now part of Etalon JSC) Yuri Antipov (43.2 billion rubles),
- State Duma deputy, shareholder of the USM holding Andrey Skoch (39.9 billion rubles).
Forbes informedthat in 2022 the fortune of 13 Russian billionaires decreased, in total they lost $ 8.5 billion. According to the publication, Pavel Durov suffered the biggest losses – $ 3.6 billion.
