Outage monitoring services note problems with access to the Telegram messenger in the Rostov region, as well as in the Krasnodar and Stavropol territories. Since the beginning of October 30, more than 15 thousand complaints have been registered on the portal “Sboy.rf”.

According to the portal, a larger number (37%) falls on Krasnodar region. The Rostov region is in second place by the number of complaints about the work of the service – 16%. In third place is the Stavropol region – 10% of the number of complaints received.

The fewest complaints – 1% – came from Chechnya, Adygea, the Kabardino-Balkarian Republics, St. Petersburg, Samara and Astrakhan regions. In Moscow, 7% of complaints about the work of the messenger were registered.

The Telegram press service did not comment on the information about the massive failure. The last time users noted a failure in the service was on August 21, when the messenger worked intermittently for about an hour.
