Users of the provider “Dom.ru” complain about the failure of the operator

Subscribers of the telecom operator Dom.ru (part of ER-Telecom Holding) massively report malfunctions in the service. According to user comments in the official group provider in the social network “VKontakte”, failures occurred from 14:57 on February 12 in different regions and in the capital of Russia.
According to the Habr website, problems in the ER-Telecom network may be related to a security breach of the company’s routers. At the same time, the Ukrainian hacker group IT Army of Ukraine, in its Telegram channel, took responsibility for the failures in the operation of the Internet provider.
However, Dom.ru, responding to comments on VKontakte, claims: “There were no hacks. Unfortunately, accidents are more often mechanical.” ER-Telecom declined to comment.
