Twitch fined for the fourth time for refusing to remove interview with Arestovich

The World Court of the Tagansky district of Moscow fined the video streaming service Twitch for 4 million rubles. for refusing to delete an interview with Oleksiy Arestovich, assistant to the head of the office of the President of Ukraine. This is reported by TASS with reference to a correspondent in the courtroom. Earlier today, on October 18, the service was fined 4 million rubles. The total amount of fines amounted to 8 million rubles.
Twitch Interactive Inc. recognized by the court as guilty under Part. 2. Art. 13.41 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (non-deletion by the site owner of information or a web page if the obligation to delete such information is provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation).
According to the case file, a protocol was drawn up for publishing an interview with Mr. Arestovich on the service, which contained false information about the actions of the Russian army in Ukraine.
This is the fourth fine that the court ordered the company to pay for non-deletion. On October 4, the court found the company guilty under a similar article and fined 4 million rubles, on August 30 – 3 million rubles.
