Timur Vakhrameev, magistrate of the judicial district of the Tagansky district of Moscow, fined Twitch 3 million rubles. in an administrative case on the refusal to delete false information about a military operation. The fine was appointed under Part 2 of Art. 13.41 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (non-deletion of information prohibited by Russian laws), reports TASS. Representatives of Twitch did not come to court, the decision was made in their absence.
Twitch has been repeatedly fined for false information about a military operation. So, two fines totaling 7 million rubles. have been appointed in July.
