Trust Bank for the fifth time was unable to sell a 3.69% stake in the Analytical Credit Rating Agency (ACRA) – the auction was declared invalid due to the lack of applications to participate in the procedure. This is stated in the materials of the electronic trading platform “Manufacturer”.
The block of shares is divided into three lots of 1.23% each, the initial price of each is 21.8 million rubles. The starting price of the entire package is 65.4 million rubles.
At the previous auction, which took place in May, the stake was also divided into three equal parts. The initial cost of each lot then was 27.9 million rubles.
In 2019, Trust Bank received 3.69% of ACRA, 9.9% of the National Rating Agency (NRA) and 9.9% of Expert RA from Otkritie Holding. In 2020, the bank sold a stake in NRA to the head of the agency, Alina Rozentsvet, for almost 5.3 million rubles.
