Tourists who had previously written applications for the cancellation of tours began to contact the tour operator with a request to restore them. This was reported by the Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR) with reference to tour operators. Tourists began to make such requests after reports of the beginning of the settlement of the crisis around the founder of Wagner PMC Yevgeny Prigozhin, explains ATOR.
“After reports on TV about the beginning of the crisis settlement, tourists who had previously written applications for cancellation of tours rushed to call travel agents with a request to “revoke” them and questions “is it possible to restore the ticket”,”— informs association. Tour operators note that today, June 24, there were few applications for cancellation, now “these few” are reconsidering their decision.
Moscow offices of tour operators will be in touch on Monday, noted in ATOR, despite the declared day off.
