Russian business expects to hear in the message of Russian President Vladimir Putin to the Federal Assembly the announcement of a course towards freedom of entrepreneurship. About this in a conversation with RIA Novosti informed Commissioner under the President of Russia for the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs Boris Titov.
“Business is waiting for the President’s message to announce a course towards freedom of enterprise. It is important not only to maintain the basic conditions – the same taxation, but also to remove all new regulatory barriers. For example, to extend the moratorium on inspections on an indefinite basis,” Titov said.
According to industry experts, Putin may touch upon the topic of a voluntary contribution to the budget from big business, support for participants in a special operation and their families. So, according to Leonid Khazanov, an independent expert in the field of industry and energy, “such leaders of domestic metallurgy, such as, for example, the group NLMK or “Severstal“, may well take patronage over individual combat units and provide them with everything they need, from food to medicines.”
In addition, business representatives expect that in the course of the message, the President will announce new credit preferential programs “focused on new territories and regions located near the NVO zone,” and also comment on the exit of state banks to Crimea and new territories. At the same time, few people expect the president to announce new tax incentives for business representatives, said Eldar Murtazin, a leading analyst at Mobile Research Group.
At the same time, farmers are counting on lifting restrictions on grain exports, on discussing the issue of electricity tariffs, as well as on measures to curb prices for mineral fertilizers and fuel.
The message of Russian President Vladimir Putin to the Federal Assembly will take place on February 21. In the Kremlin emphasizedthat Putin will concentrate on the topic of the special operation and give an assessment of what is happening, since now “all life revolves” around this topic.
