The Russian Authors’ Society filed a claim for 300 thousand rubles. to the Art Center (owner of the Mutabor club), a source said TASS. The plaintiff believes that the defendant is behind on music payments and demands compensation. The Moscow Arbitration Court only confirmed the filing of the claim, but did not disclose the details. The meeting date has not yet been set.

There was previously a contract between the Russian Society of Authors and Art Concert for the use of a number of tracks during events in Mutabor, TASS writes. However, according to the plaintiff, the defendant did not pay the money on time.

In addition, the Lefortovo Court of Moscow is scheduled to consider the issue of suspending the work of Mutabor on January 9. Rospotrebnadzor accused the club of violating sanitary and epidemiological requirements.

Problems with the Mutabor club began after it hosted a party for Anastasia Ivleeva in December with an almost naked dress code. The event caused a public outcry and led to the fact that advertisers and media companies stopped cooperating with the stars who took part in it. The party participants and Mrs. Ivleeva herself apologized for the party.
