The Russian copyright society filed a claim with the Moscow Arbitration Court for 537 thousand rubles. to the club “Mutabor” (legal entity – LLC “Art Center”), which hosted a “naked party” organized by TV presenter Anastasia Ivleeva, it follows from information in the file of arbitration cases.
The lawsuit was filed on December 28. The court has not yet accepted it for consideration. The grounds for filing a claim are not indicated in the case file.
Earlier today, January 7, TASS source statedthat RAO filed a claim against Mutabor for 300 thousand rubles. As the agency’s interlocutor explained, there was previously a contract between RAO and Art Center for the use of a number of tracks during events in Mutabor. The plaintiff believes that the defendant is behind on music payments and demands compensation.
At the end of December TASS citing a source, reported that Rospotrebnadzor accused Mutabor of violating sanitary and epidemiological standards. According to the agency, the Lefortovo Court of Moscow is scheduled to consider the issue of suspending the club’s activities on a claim from the federal service on January 9.
Problems with the Mutabor club began after it hosted a party for Anastasia Ivleeva on December 21 with an almost naked dress code. The event caused a public outcry and led to the fact that advertisers and media companies stopped cooperating with the stars who took part in it. The guests of the party and Mrs. Ivleeva herself apologized for participating in it.
December 27 Lefortovo court decidedthat the party was aimed at spreading non-traditional sexual relationships. The LGBT movement has been recognized as extremist in the Russian Federation since November. A participant in the party, rapper Vacio, was twice charged with disorderly conduct. January 6th sentenced to ten days of arrest immediately after the expiration of 15 days of arrest under the previous sentence.
