Users of Promsvyazbank (PSB) in Russia and Lithuania complain about malfunctions in the operation of its application and website, follows from the portal data Downradar. As of 2:48 p.m., more than 300 complaints had been received.
36% of users reported problems with the application, and 5% with the website. 30% cannot log into their account, 27% complained about a general glitch.
The most complaints were received from users from Moscow (there is information about 1049 failures). There are also complaints from St. Petersburg (73), Yekaterinburg (40), Vilnius (37), Volgograd (37), Novosibirsk (32).
PSB, like other Russian banks, is under blocking sanctions of the European Union. All of them were disconnected from the SWIFT international payment system. Bank application deleted from the App Store.
