There was a glitch in the Tinkoff Bank mobile application. When you try to log into the application, the message appears that something went wrong, try again, “Kommersant” was convinced.
Similar problems arose when trying to log into the Tinkoff Investments application. Both owners of smartphones on the IOS and Android platforms are unable to use Tinkoff Bank services.
The last time there was a major failure in the Tinkoff mobile application was in September 2023. Then users had problems with operations in the application. The bank’s press service noted that the situation could affect less than 0.1% of the client base.
