There is not enough space in the grain storages of Ukraine for the grain harvest

The new grain crop in Ukraine will not fit in the storage facilities that the country has. This was stated by the UN representative in a special coordination center in Istanbul, Amir Abdullah.
“The Black Sea Grain Initiative has freed up some space, but much more grain needs to be exported to make room for the next crop,” Abdullah told the BBC. Millions of tons of grain are now stored in granaries in Ukraine.
Today, the Turkish Ministry of National Defense reported that six vessels with grain left Ukrainian ports. Yesterday Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky informedthat the country exported 1 million tons of food through the ports of the Odessa region after the conclusion of the “grain deal”.
The “grain deal”, which provides for the safe export of grain from Ukrainian ports for delivery to world markets, was concluded between Russia, Ukraine, Turkey and the UN on July 22 in Istanbul.
