The top manager of the company that replaced Schneider Electric announced the preservation of contracts with Rosatom

The Russian equipment manufacturer Systeme Electric, which replaced the French Schneider Electric in Russia, retained all obligations to customers, including Rosatom. Therefore, Systeme Electric will participate in the projects of the state-owned company. This was announced by the Deputy Director for Sales and External Relations Armen Badalov.
“Obligations under previously concluded contracts of an international company, including for one of our customers Rosatom, are performed by Systeme Electric,” Mr. Badalov told RIA Novosti. According to him, the transformation of the company from international to Russian was carried out with the preservation of contractual relations, capabilities, expertise, technological and production base.
The top manager added that Systeme Electric will work with Rosatom’s projects abroad – in Turkey, Egypt, India, Bangladesh. He noted that the company complies with all international requirements, including those of the IAEA.
Power engineering company Schneider Electric sold its assets in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region of Systeme Electric in July. The share of Russian imports of the parent Schneider Electric was 50% of the company’s revenue. Schneider Electric announced its intention to sell its business in Russia back in April. Then it was noted that the share of sales of the Russian division is 2%.
