However, the public’s anger has not yet extended to humor. People are no longer angry about artists. To be honest, this song is truly legendary in some ways, and the problem here is not at all with the artists, but with the fact that the retrograde behavior of the television audience is constantly reaching new heights. Now the best choice for an artist is to sing a Soviet-era hit, and it is advisable to do this as convincingly as possible. The best choice for producers of television projects is to create an atmosphere of soviet comfort and carefreeness.
But producers sometimes rebel: they try to unite stars of different generations, and also express the seditious idea that the hits of the nineties are new classics. For some people this is true. And these “someones” even gather at large venues with the goal of breaking away to the same “Hands Up!” But, apparently, such people don’t watch TV. And those who watch are clearly not prepared for the fact that pop music can irritate and provoke. And in this regard, the second episode of the new season of “Duets” turned out to be much more audience-friendly. And as a result – boring.
“I ruined your program,” Liza Arzamasova remarked guiltily after she performed “God, what a nonsense” with Rodion Gazmanov, hinting that the role of a singer was rather difficult for her. But it’s not Lisa who ruins everything. The shortage of artists and songs copes with this much better.
WE HAD A GOOD TALK
It’s not easy to have small talk on air these days. It is recommended to filter irony, topics of conversation even more so, and anything that seems too smart is also undesirable. But if at least once a week you have these conversations online, then you need to somehow get out.
“When did you decide you were beautiful?” — Pavel Volya asks Alexander Revva. The question confuses the star macho a little, but, having created a little fog, Alexander urges you to start loving your moles and warts. A few minutes later, Revva is dancing wildly on stage, not forgetting to make important remarks in the spirit of “girls, louder, the humidity is one hundred and seven percent.”
Lera Kudryavtseva and Timur Eremeev have concerns of a different order. They are having conversations about how to decorate their living space for the New Year holidays, and, apparently, their celebrity guests are instructed to emphasize the ability to achieve excellent results for a reasonable price. The phrases “it’s very expensive” or “you can save money if you do it yourself” when uttered by ladies with faces that have a substantial budget invested in them sound more comical than believable, but celebrities are clearly trying to be closer to the people. Apparently, in their understanding, this rapprochement is greatly facilitated by the demonstration of their grandmother’s crystal salad bowl as an indispensable thing for a festive feast. Perhaps the decorators were laughing heartily at that moment.
Daria Zlatopolskaya in her “White Studio” has everything, of course, more decent. Perhaps, against the background of other projects of “Culture”, her conversations sometimes take on the coloring of social chatter, but actor Tikhon Zhiznevsky (a guest on the program this week) could calmly switch from family rituals to personal perception of Tarkovsky’s films. Still, it is very correct when the salad bowl can be balanced with something related to the topic that is appropriate to discuss on television. And the problem is not that it is not allowed. It’s just that not all TV presenters can do this now.
