The Ministry of Culture did not issue a distribution certificate for the new series “Bar “One Call”,” where Danila Kozlovsky plays the main role. This was reported by TASS with reference to the press service of the New Season film festival. Due to the lack of a rental certificate, they were forced to remove the series from the program.

According to a representative of the film festival’s press service, they “waited until the last minute” for the distribution certificate.

Danila Kozlovsky is also the producer of the series. The detective-thriller stars Oksana Akinshina, Alexander Ilyin Jr., Ivan Makarevich, Maxim Vitorgan and others. The director of the project is Sergei Filatov. According to the plot of the series, the main character, investigator Morozov, is looking for his missing son and investigating mysterious murders. Evidence leads the investigator to the Last Call bar, where anyone can call a deceased loved one by agreeing to play Russian roulette.

Head of the Federal Project on Security and Anti-Corruption Vitaly Borodin April 8 sent to the Prosecutor General’s Office with a request to check the actor Danila Kozlovsky under an article about discrediting the Russian army. In his statement, Mr. Borodin also indicated that the actor had traveled to the United States.
