The Savelovsky Court of Moscow found the Russian Reporting film distribution company guilty under Part 2 of Art. 6.21.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (dissemination among minors of information demonstrating non-traditional sexual relations). The series follows the birth of the high fashion industry in 1970s Italy. According to information on site, the Russian Reportage company has been operating on the film distribution market for 30 years. It is a distributor of television and film products in the CIS and Baltic countries, cooperates with global companies, in particular the Japanese animation studio Studio Ghibli and the American film studio 20th Century Fox.
Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Information Policy Alexander Khinshtein (United Russia) reported that since December 2022, when the law banning LGBT propaganda came into force, 33 protocols had been drawn up for demonstrating and promoting non-traditional sexual relations.
