The AvtoVAZ concern closed the deal to buy RN-Bank of the Renault-Nissan alliance. The bank was bought from Barn BV, the amount of the transaction is not given.
“In June 2023, JSC AvtoVAZ closed the deal to acquire 100% of the shares of RN-Bank from BARN BV. The details of the deal are not subject to disclosure,” the company said (quoted by RIA Novosti).
