The owner of MZK Export LLC (Russian subsidiary of the grain trader Viterra) became the Agribusiness Management company, reported Interfax with reference to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. The company also received 100% in Rostovsky KHP LLC and 0.1% in Antex+ (MZK Export owns the remaining share).
Asset Management LLC was created in May 2022 by Nikolai Demyanov, managing director of MZK Export. 35% of the company belongs to Mr. Demyanov and Dmitry Kondakov, another 10% each belongs to Sergei Dolgov, Igor Zen and Vladimir Kharitonov.
Canadian Viterra is one of the largest Western suppliers of Russian grain. In March she stated on the cessation of Russian grain exports from July 1. It was reportedthat the company is exploring the possibility of transferring its business in the Russian Federation to new owners. The transfer of business to local management was also considered.
