Former Russian Xerox changed its name to Technoevolab

The former legal entity of Xerox in Russia, Xerox (CIS), changed its name to Technoevolab, as follows from the company’s card in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.

The name change took place on October 20, but there are no changes on the company’s website yet.

About what Xerox completed exit from the Russian market by selling local business to top management became known on October 11. The company’s employees, as the press service emphasized, have retained their jobs, and the company will continue to cooperate with its clients and suppliers. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. At the same time, a change in the name “Xerox (CIS)” was announced.

Xerox opened a Russian division in 1993. The company develops solutions for managing printing infrastructure, automating business processes, and also supplies paper products. In March 2022, shortly after the start of the special operation in Ukraine, Xerox limited the export of goods to Russia.
