The exchange rate of the dollar on the Moscow Exchange is falling by 1.69% to 68.6 rubles/$. The euro fell by 1.31% to 73.9 rubles/€. The yuan exchange rate is losing 1.75% in price and is trading at the level of 10 rubles.
The Moscow Exchange Index as of 12:47 increased by 0.45% to 2169.21 points. The RTS index rises by 1.77% to 991.75 points.

The ruble began to strengthen after the news about the decision of the Central Bank from January 13 return to foreign exchange transactions in the domestic market. They will be held on the Moscow Exchange in the “Chinese yuan-ruble” instrument. The Ministry of Finance from January 13 to February 6 intends to put up for sale foreign currency worth 54.5 billion rubles.
