The revenue of companies that specialize in food delivery amounted to 1.3 million rubles. (+5%), cafes and restaurants – 2.5 million rubles. (+3%), bars and clubs – 2.5 million rubles. (+1%).
At the same time, the size of the average check in all these types of establishments also increased. In fast food, the average bill increased by 13%, to 389 rubles, in bars and clubs – by 6%, to 757 rubles, in cafes and restaurants – by 5%, to 769 rubles, delivery services – by 2%, up to 875 rubles.
The clients of the Moscow restaurant spent the largest amount in 2023 – the visit cost them 2 million 25 thousand rubles. The Krasnoyarsk Territory is in second and third place with checks for 1 million 840 thousand rubles. and 1 million 780 thousand rubles.
