The President instructed to create ethnocultural centers and support the Russian Union of Writers

The Kremlin website reports that Vladimir Putin instructed to prepare a program for holding festivals of national cultures in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation by April 1, as well as to provide support to the Russian Union of Writers.
The President approved a list of instructions, including those related to cultural support of the state. Thus, Vladimir Putin indicated that it is necessary to create ethnocultural centers in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation:
“The Ministry of Culture of Russia, together with the FADN of Russia and the executive bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, will prepare a program for holding festivals of national cultures in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in 2024–2026.”
In addition, the Kremlin website states that, together with the authorities of the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, it is necessary to provide support to the “Russian Union of Writers” in Donbass and Novorossiya:
“Prepare and submit proposals on measures to support the heads of regional branches of the All-Russian public organization “Russian Union of Writers” in these constituent entities of the Russian Federation for the transition period, during which the issues of their integration into the economic, financial, credit and legal systems of the Russian Federation, into the system of authorities are resolved state power of the Russian Federation.”
Let us recall that the head of state, announcing his Address to the Federal Assembly on February 29, 2024, called for special attention to be paid to the multinational culture of Russia. And the latest instructions confirmed his words.
