The Board of Directors of the Abrau-Durso Group of Companies decided to replace the General Director of PJSC Abrau-Durso. From November 1, this position will be taken by Elena Zaritskaya, who previously headed the group’s investment activities. The company’s ex-CEO Vladimir Maslovsky, who held the position for ten years, resigned of his own free will, according to a press release on the group’s website.
According to press release company, Elena Zaritskaya has been a member of the board of directors of Abrau-Durso Group of Companies since 2020; for 25 years she has held high positions in Russian private and public companies. One of her major projects in the industry was the purchase of the assets of the Yubileiny winery in 2020.
The press release also reports that the group’s board of directors has decided to create two new structures within the group. One of them, the Production Asset Management Center of the Abrau Bev Group, will contain assets for the production and sale of wines, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Its head will be Oleg Petko, who previously was the head of the Abrau Trading House.
The second structure, the Tourism Project Management Center of the 3E (Eco-Eno-Ethno) group, will be headed by Board member Irina Gonarova, who previously held the position of Vice President of the Group of Companies for Special Projects and Tourism. The Abrau-Durso Tourism Center is a joint project of the group with the Tourism.RF corporation, its goal is to increase investment in the tourism industry of the region.
In 2022, the revenue of Abrau-Durso Group of Companies according to IFRS amounted to 11.864 billion rubles, EBITDA – 3.546 billion rubles, net profit – 1.772 billion rubles. Last year, the company sold more than 54.1 million bottles of alcoholic and non-alcoholic products, which is 18.1% more than the previous year. The company belongs to the family of businessman Boris Titov.
