The occupancy of quality hotels (from two to three stars) in Moscow in the first quarter of 2023 amounted to 66.2%, follows from the report of the consulting company Commonwealth Partnership (CMWP). It says that compared to the same period last year, the increase was 10.9 percentage points. These data are also confirmed by other consultants interviewed by Vedomosti.
Evgenia Tuchkova, Deputy Director of the Nikoliers Consulting Department, says that now high-quality hotels in the capital are on average 63.9% occupied, while in Q1 2022 this figure was 54.8%.
