Businessman Anton Pinsky sold his 33.33% stake in Resurs-M LLC, which owns the rights to the Todasho sushi restaurant brand. According to SPARK-Interfax, the deal was closed on November 18. It also follows from SPARK-Interfax that now this share belongs to Resurs-M itself, and the remaining 66.67% belongs to Viktor Andreev, who has been holding the post of the company’s CEO since April. Prior to that, for nine years he led a legal entity that managed the Todasho restaurant in the Central Telegraph building in Moscow.
Pinsky did not answer calls from a Vedomosti correspondent. It was not possible to contact Andreev. A request to Todasho went unanswered. Mikhail Burmistrov, General Director of Infoline Analytics, estimated the cost of Pinsky’s stake at 10-11.7 million rubles.
