The Taganrog Art Museum has announced an excursion during which visitors will be shown the consequences of a missile attack on the city on July 28. On that day, the museum building was seriously damaged, more than 20 people were injured in the city center. The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation stated that S-200 missile converted to strike version was destroyed in the air and that debris fell to the ground.
“Dear residents of Taganrog and all those who are not indifferent to the trouble,” the museum’s announcement, which drew the attention of the regional media, reads.
The announcement says that the tour will be held by appointment only. Separately, the warning is emphasized that the tour is not recommended “especially impressionable and under 14 years old.”
In the museum’s group on the social network, the initiative was received ambiguously. While some users express the opinion that this is a good way to remind about what happened, others write: “Who came up with this nonsense?”, “Are you in yourself? What kind of dancing on the bones?”. “My friend was in the hospital, my apartment is in the trash …”, “Does the Ministry of Culture of the Rostov Region know?”
