The Ministry of Industry and Trade estimates the volume of state orders for drones in 2023 at 8.6 billion rubles, in 2024-2025. – 49.6 billion rubles, and in 2026 – 42.1 billion rubles. The Ministry of Industry and Trade confirmed the approval of the protocol. Currently in the 2023-2025 budget. 18.8 billion rubles were allocated for the purchase of devices.

In general, until 2030, the demand for drones is estimated at 200 billion rubles, including 79 billion rubles. from state companies. At the same time, 145 billion rubles. of this amount will go only to the devices themselves, excluding the sale of services. Government sources noted that the volume of purchases will be approved in the autumn when the budget for 2024-2026 is formed. enshrined in the passport of the national project on drones.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade clarified that in physical terms we are talking about 480,000 drones until 2030. Sources in the department added that by 2026, 250,000 units of equipment are expected to be demanded, 90% of the volume will be light and medium vehicles (up to 30 kg). In the heavy segment, demand for 500 helicopters and more than 160 multirotors has been confirmed.

Vladimir Pastukhov, General Director of the ANO Agency for Technological Development, said that, according to expert estimates, the cost of one helicopter is about 100 million rubles. Another source noted that light drones cost from 300 thousand rubles. per piece, heavy – 20-30 million rubles.

In addition, the authorities plan to introduce subsidies for the leasing, operation and support of drone service centers. Their size has not yet been approved. According to the newspaper’s interlocutors in the industry, with a government order of 100 billion rubles. support measures will require 30-50 billion rubles.

In 2021, about 2,500 drones were produced in Russia, in 2022 – more than 5,000. At the end of 2022, Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the government to establish the production of drones and approve, by June 1, 2023, a strategy for the development of unmanned aircraft until 2030.
