The Ministry of Finance placed OFZ for 750 billion rubles

Ministry of Finance reported on the placement today, December 7, of federal loan bonds with a variable coupon (OFZ-PK) series 29023. The Ministry sold the entire issue for 750 billion rubles, with a maturity date of August 23, 2034.
The total volume of demand amounted to 910.7 billion rubles, the proceeds from the auction amounted to 721.5 billion rubles, according to the Ministry of Finance. Previously, the record amount following the results of the placement was set on November 16 – 820 billion rubles.
The OFZ-PK interest rate changes during the entire circulation period. Usually the size of the coupon is tied to the key rate of the Central Bank.
