He added that in the medium and long term, the Ministry of Finance intends to reduce the share of loans issued under preferential programs in the primary market to 25%.

Employees of IT companies accredited by the Ministry of Digital Development can take out a mortgage loan at a rate of up to 5%. According to the Ministry of Digital Development, during the operation of this program, more than 59 thousand mortgage loans were issued for 523 billion rubles. The IT mortgage is valid until the end of 2024. At the beginning of April VTB suspended issuing mortgages for employees of IT companies due to the exhaustion of limits.
