The Ministry of Defense refused a multimillion-dollar lawsuit against Ilyushin

The Moscow Arbitration Court terminated the proceedings on the claim of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation against PJSC Aviation Complex named after V.I. S.V. Ilyushin” (part of the United Aircraft Building Company) for the recovery of 422 million 730 thousand rubles. Relevant Decree published on the website of the court.
From document It follows that the proceedings were terminated due to the refusal of the plaintiff from the stated requirements. The grounds for the claims, which were announced back in December, as well as the reasons for their refusal, are not given in the case file.
Formerly Arbitration Court of Moscow rejected lawsuit of the Ministry of Defense against the United Aircraft Building Company for the recovery of 10.7 billion rubles. The circumstances of that claim were not known, but PJSC Il could have been a third party in the process – the department insisted on this.
