The Central District Court of Krasnoyarsk satisfied the claim of the regional department of Rospotrebnadzor on the prohibition of posting information about the sale of vapes on the Ozon marketplace, transmits TASS.
“The case has been considered, the claim has been satisfied,” the court representative said.
Rospotrebnadzor explained the need for a ban by the fact that the information posted on the marketplace is available to minors, the agency notes.
