“This is not true information,” the press service of the Ministry of Culture said. Cancellation of the decree on conferring honorary awards, as noted in the message, is regulated by Russian law. As emphasized, the Ministry of Culture is not developing any additional bills. Earlier, information appeared in the Mash Telegram channel, according to which People’s Artist of the USSR Alla Pugacheva, her husband, TV presenter and parodist Maxim Galkin (included by the Ministry of Justice in the register of foreign agents), as well as comedian Semyon Slepakov, are going to be deprived of all titles
