This year, the capital’s market for high-budget new buildings is likely to see quite a few premieres. More than 65 new residential complexes are being prepared in the city. These include large and high-rise projects. The launch dates for most of them are not yet known, but developers have already announced the start of sales in six projects.

Three of them are houses with apartments, two are properties with apartments, and one is a large elite quarter. It is expected to become one of the largest luxury projects announced for launch in the first quarter of this year. The project with a total area of ​​more than 125 thousand square meters. m will be built in the Presnensky district.

According to experts from One Moscow, half of the new luxury projects are located in Khamovniki. Two of them assume the format of club houses, one near Ostozhenka, the second next to the Cathedral of Christ the Savior. Both have apartments. The third elite new building is located in Khamovniki, on Bolshoi Savvinsky Lane, and there will be apartments here.

Two more luxury projects, the start of sales of which is expected in the first half of 2024, are located in the Presnensky district of Moscow. One is located on Nikitsky Boulevard, it will be an apartment complex, the second is on Tishinka, it will contain apartments.

“Khamovniki is on everyone’s lips when it comes to expensive areas of the capital. But more and more high-budget real estate is being built in the Presnensky district today,” brokers note. Initially, the prestigious historical location attracts wealthy buyers. There is beautiful architecture and everything you need to maintain a high standard of living, from theaters, museums, restaurants and parks to kindergartens and schools.
