The company’s profit from sales amounted to 40.45 billion rubles, which is 46% more than in 2022. The company’s pre-tax profit increased 3.4 times, to RUB 42.15 billion. The company’s long-term liabilities at the end of 2023 amounted to 115.549 billion rubles. (at the end of 2022 – 98.612 billion rubles). Short-term liabilities increased to RUB 126.298 billion. Russneft is in sixth place in the ranking of the largest oil companies in terms of oil production in Russia. The company’s assets are concentrated in Western Siberia, the Volga-Ural region and Central Siberia. According to Interfax, the Swiss company Glencore, through the Rambero Holding structure, owns 23.46% of the authorized capital of Russneft. On February 2, President Vladimir Putin allowed foreign persons to make transactions with Russneft shares. This order will help complete Glencore’s divestment.
