Sentiss Global DMSS registered in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) became the new owner of the pharmaceutical company Sentiss Rus instead of the Swiss Sentiss AG. According to SPARK-Interfax, the deal was closed on June 21. Sentiss Rus did not respond to Vedomosti’s request.
The company itself is the Russian division of the international group Sentiss and specializes in the sale of eye and ear drops. Sentiss was founded in 1990 in India, it produces, in particular, drops prescribed for otitis (citromed), inflammation of the eyes (floas-t), glaucoma (santabrin, brinarga) and so on. The Russian division of Sentiss was registered in 2012. According to the analytical company RNC Pharma, it is the leader in the local market with a share of 51% in packages and 54% in money. The company did not provide absolute numbers. According to SPARK-Interfax, the revenue of Sentiss Rus in 2022 amounted to 5 billion rubles, profit – 226 million rubles.
