Roman Lyadov resigned from the boards of directors of foreign subsidiaries of the State Transport Leasing Company (GTLK) GTLK Asia and GTLK Middle East, two sources in the company told Vedomosti. According to them, he left GTLK Asia in August, and GTLK Middle East on September 1. At the same time, Lyadov still remains the CEO of GTLK Europe, since it is not yet possible to legally formalize his departure and find a replacement due to sanctions. “The CEO must have a residence permit or be an Irish citizen. And it is unlikely that any of the local residents will want to work in a company that is now under sanctions, ”explained one of the interlocutors of Vedomosti.
