Only two of the eight commissioned premium-class houses located in the Central District of the capital have fully finished lots for sale. There is an emerging shortage of high-budget housing with ready-made renovations from the developer, while clients still have a high level of demand for such an option. For comparison: two years ago, finishing was provided for in more than 50% of high-budget projects at a high stage of readiness, according to experts from the bnMAP.pro platform and the RSTI holding.

One of the most common stereotypes about high-budget real estate is that buyers prefer to do renovations themselves, using individual projects and even involving famous designers. But still, the issue of comfort and timing of the move is also important in this segment.

There are several reasons for the high demand for primary housing with fully finished finishing, experts believe. The first is the possibility of quick occupancy, because there is no need to deal with the interior. Secondly, if all the apartments in the project are finished, then the house will immediately be quiet and clean. The third reason is the benefit from the purchase, because finishing materials are purchased by the developer in bulk, which gives lower prices than when carrying out the work yourself. A bonus of premium and luxury residential complexes is also the exclusivity and quality of work.

But the demand for ready-made high-budget options with finishing significantly outstrips the supply. Such formats can only be selected in two projects in the center of Moscow. Both were built in the Presnensky district and are practically adjacent to each other.
